There is Nothing Wrong With You.

Since the early ’90s, I’ve been speaking to and training young people—helping them find courage and release everything that holds them back. As a 25-year veteran of foreign missions, I’ve taught around the world—from Australia and Africa to Europe and the South Pacific—in both intimate settings and massive 1,000+ person gatherings, always focused on healing and personal growth.

My background as a school teacher and behavior specialist for high-risk youth gave me a front-row seat to the internal worlds of young people. It shaped how I teach kindness, vulnerability, and strength. I’ve facilitated seminars and summer camps for churches, civic groups, and community centers across the U.S., always working to uncover the powerful humans hidden beneath the pain.

Through founding ARK Farms, I designed transformative programs—from mindfulness and vulnerability training for ex-offenders to large-scale youth leadership development. Thousands of young people have come through these trainings to discover their voices, their worth, and their power.

What I offer isn’t a canned curriculum—it’s a new lens on empowerment. The world isn’t broken; it’s waiting for us to reach across to one another and rebuild life together. My approach creates growth from the inside out, grounded in story, not hierarchy.

At the heart of my work is a core belief: there is nothing wrong with you. That truth is the soil where confidence, connection, and healing can flourish. When I work with your group, I listen deeply to your challenges and help shape trainings that unlock what’s already alive in your community.

One of my most popular trainings is called “No SCABS”—not about labor strikes, but about healing the way we treat one another. SCABS stands for Sarcasm, Criticism, Accusing, Blaming, and Shaming. These responses block connection, and when we reverse them, we gain the confidence to see others—and ourselves—as humans worth knowing.

In this model, diversity, equity, and inclusion stop being buzzwords. They become natural outcomes of seeing everyone as meaningful and essential. The “us vs. them” lines disappear, and we begin to build real community.

I also teach a powerful session on how to love the “unlovable”—starting with ourselves. We dive into the epigenetics of trauma, the radical act of self-forgiveness, and what it means to give life back to those who hurt us—not for their sake, but for our freedom. When we love what seems impossible to love, we heal the roots of self-hate. And yes, it really does make sense.

If your group feels stuck, disconnected, or needs deeper cohesion—whether you're a business, a startup, a church, a university club, a government team, or even Flat-Earthers for Taylor Swift—this work is for you. I specialize in customizing trainings to meet the specific needs of your group and help you move forward with courage, connection, and clarity.

Let’s build something life-giving. You know you’re curious. Let’s connect.
